How It Works
Simple 4-Step Rental Process
Step 1
Browse & Build Your Wishlist
Browse decor to see available staple items. Packages, add-ons, and Γ la carte options are available. As you browse, add items you love to your wishlist and submit it to request a quote. Iβll review your selections, confirm availability, and follow up with a quote to secure your date.
Step 2
Deposit & Payment
Once your quote is approved and quantities are finalized, your date and items are reserved with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event, along with a 20% refundable damage deposit, just in case life happens.
Step 3
Pickup or Delivery
When your event week arrives, you can pick up your rentals for free in Otsego or choose delivery within 30 miles for $35. Standard rentals run Wednesday to Monday, giving you plenty of time to style, enjoy, and return everything stress-free.
Step 4
Style & Return
Enjoy styling your event your way! Simply return your rentals by Monday in the same condition, and your full damage deposit will be refunded.
