Mirror Seating Chart

This framed mirror seating chart provides a place to display your guest seating assignments at your event. Includes the mirror with permanent vinyl wording and a display easel. Seating cards are not included.

Seating cards can be attached using removable adhesive or another temporary attachment method that will not damage the mirror or leave residue.

Acrylic Table Numbers

These acrylic table numbers are available in frosted or black acrylic and help guests easily find their seats. Each set includes numbered table signs and matching stands for tables 1–20.

Cylinder vases create a timeless display with varying heights and soft candlelight. Choose the set size that best fits your event.

Each set includes one 7.75", one 9", and one 10" cylinder vase, along with LED floating candles. Pillar candles are available upon request for an additional cost, subject to availability.

  • As early as possible — especially for peak wedding season.

  • You can add items subject to availability. Order updates are allowed up to 14 days before pickup or delivery. Deposits are non-refundable, so please contact me as early as possible if you need to make changes.

  • No. All rentals must be returned by the agreed-upon date.

  • At this time, rentals are available within Minnesota only. For events outside the 30-mile delivery radius of Otsego, I can provide custom delivery quotes upon request.
